capiBox is available in a wide range of equipment variants. capiBox is universally applicable and suitable for small, medium-sized and large companies. The system is characterized by enormous adaptability, flexibility, smart operation and a number of add-ons.
capiBox is not an ordinary robot cell; it essentially consists of a multi-modular platform, housing, extraction, energy and supply concept.
The modular welding booth is available in different sizes with two different control and process concepts to choose from. CNC axis and robot articulated arm systems are available.
After configuration, the capiBox already has everything you need for your current task or new customer challenge, and its structure is completely independent of the planned welding process. Only the welding process used or the required protection class change. The welding processes currently available are MIG/MAG, TIG, TIG cold wire, TIG hot wire, plasma powder, laser wire, laser powder, laser hardening and/or laser cleaning..
You can get the capiBox in different versions and different concepts. It starts with simple hands-on operation and loading and unloading, through partially automated operation and loading to fully automated operation including automatic loading and unloading with and without load carriers or camera-based.
On request, capilla will supply you with a capiBox with integrated loading and unloading, integrated component cleaning, specially developed capiComp such as component fixture and clamping device, controlled inductive preheating or planned cooling, simple programming via smart programming with component monitoring, edge tracking, seam tracking, 3D scanning and path programming with specially developed capiCAM-3D software and much more.
